Parkour/free running urban flight free run club at SCC (our DVD)
Well as you may well know me(ash) has been training parkour now for around 2 years.However its not just my team(Rapid Evolution) ive been training/trained with it’s also a few younger kids at my school.We are called URBAN FLIGHT.This club has not just help kids learn some new tricks that there mates can’t do and look at life in a different way,its also help kids with there self confedence from what myself Mr J (helper at the club/break dancing teacher) have seen.

training for parkour(freerunning).?
can anyone tell me some good training tips for parkour? i want to start freerunning and need some tips for training.
Go down to the local dog pound, tell them you need Michael Vicks left over dogs, don’t feed them for three days, then stuff a package of hot dogs in your running shorts and Run Lil’ Buddy Run.
