Hey there everyone, me and my friends are trying to start are own FreeRunning crew and i’ve been trying to find some good training exercises that we can do to help get into shape, any ideas? all tips/sites/advise would be much appreciated =)

i personally enjoy free running at places like skate parks some basic leg workouts leg press squats lunges also because it is running you need endurance so core workouts to boost endurance stamina workout such ass burpys, mountain climbers, the plank, situps
