Good shoes for parkour or freerunning?
My feet are pronated. A lot. And im training to do parkour. I’m completely fascinated by it. To date, brooks’ the beast have been the best for simply running, but parkour tips seem to think soles like those wouldn’t be very good. Any good ideas for people with really particular feet?

If I have experience with Parkour and Freerunning, does that help with being a stuntman?
I have been doing Parkour for about 3 years, and Freerunning for about 2, and I like to do stunts, so I was wondering if having experience in both of those would help down the road to me getting stunt jobs?

Has any Freerunners (The Parkour guys, like Sébastien Foucan, David belle, etc.) Ever tried Ninja Warrior?
You know the show Ninja Warrior in Japan, well I think the free runners would be very good. They should try it out.
Perhaps. Publicity is good, but often the media screws up what parkour is all about. So call it free running, call it parkour, but get it right.

How do you find out if your engine is a free-running engine or an interference engine?
my son has a 1994 Ford Ranger XLT Extended cab and his timing belt broke while he was on the freeway. He quickly put it in neutral and pulled off the road and had it towed here. It is a 4 cylinder, manual 5 speed. We are sooo hoping it is a Free running engine [...]
