How do traceurs train for parkour and freerunning?
And how can I? I’m a beginner at all of it. I know all the maneuvers but I cant do them all. I dont have anywhere to practice and I cant do flips yet.

How do I start learning Freerunning?
Im interested in learning Freerunning but dont know where to start as far as I know there are no local classes so how can I learn on my own.

Is freerunners just fancy for gymnast?
I am watching this show and they are twisting on the bars like gymnast and doing summersaults like gymnast.
Yes, but it’s far less restrictive.
Free running is just a form of urban acrobatics in which participants, use the city and rural landscape to perform movements through its structures.
It’s very cool to watch, I love it.

Where is the best place to parkour/freerun near Anaheim California?
I am trying to get into the activity, but i cannot find any good places to do this. Any suggestions? I live in Anaheim California, so somewhere near there is what I’m looking for.
