WHAT is up with THAT???

Anybody else REALLY disppointed with Mario Yamasaki last night? I mean, did he or did he not stop the Liddell/Ortiz fight WAY TOO EARLY?!?! Tito was defending himself (he had his arms up) and when Mario pulled Chuck off of Tito, TITO KICKED!!! It was obvious (to me, anyway) that Tito was still ok to fight. I just felt that Chuck should have been given the chance to end that fight the RIGHT way… by literally (NOT TECHNICALLY) knocking out the huntington beach loud mouth.
Chuck DID win & believe me… I was cheering for him. Tito has a big mouth & I cannot STAND him. I just wish MY had let it go on… given Chuck the chance to KNOCK TITO OUT; not just rip up his face.

Unfortunately I think (my opinion) that Dana has a say in who wins and who loses in some of the marquee fights.
That said I too thought it was stopped too early but it has also happened in favor of Tito too.
No I’m no fan of "the drunk hillbilly" and I was cheering for Tito!

Where can I learn free running in the west mids?

I really want to learn how to free run, Does anyone know of any free running groups in the west mids?

Im not sure about groups – try starting your own, or figure out where would be a good place to go (city like Birmingham, concrete nightmare, however – loads to jump off!) and see if anyone else turns up there too. I get a feeling that skateboarders might have some knowledge where to go – simular disciplines.

Or just go out and try it on your own!

Does anyone know? Is david belle and William belle are brothers?

Traceuse ~Elly~ parkour & freerunning training 2008

Yes I’m a bit behind in my editing……I was working on the 2009 vid and realized that I really should do a 2008 hahah
……..so here is some of my training from 2008. After editing this, I realize I use my arms too much when I’m off balance……and it looks silly. Must…….work……on…….balance!!!

A little about me: I’m a traceuse & freerunning enthusiast from St. Louis MO. I started in April of 2007 at the age of 33 (yeah, I know….I’m old!) and with no background in gymnastics or martial arts. Now in addition to training in parkour & freerunning, I also do a lot of the pictures & video for the local parkour & freerunning group TRICKset. Some highlights of the past year: In the summer I did some work as a stunt extra in the movie The Disk: Code Zero. In the fall I did a video interview on Parkour for TOASTEDRAV.COM, and traveled to Versailles MO with members of TRICKset to train with some Shinai swordfighters.

Special thanks to (in order of who videoed the most) Epic, Gio, Kevin, Alan, Steve & Dan for videotaping me while out at the jams. Anyone I forgot, lemme know I’ll add you in.
